Manager & Employee Uniform Ordering Information

Managers and employees may now browse and select uniform items from either of the approved company apparel websites below:

Ordering Steps
  1. Browse the catalog and choose items appropriate for your position.
  2. Stay within the seasonal budget limit:
    • $400 per order
    • Orders may be placed twice per year
    • Total annual allowance: $800
  3. Use the shopping cart to calculate your total cost.
    DO NOT place the order yourself.
  4. Complete the required Excel order sheet with the following information:
    • Item Number
    • Size
    • Color
    • Quantity
    • Preferred Shipping Address
    • Logo Preference
      (Please check with Katlin if you are unsure which logo to select.)
  5. Email the completed Excel sheet to:
